New Meditation Class 2026
I’m starting a small, gentle 6-week Meditation Course this Tuesday at Tang Hall Library. This course is created especially for people who want to feel calmer and more emotionally supported in everyday life.
Meditation has been a huge part of how I’ve learned to feel kinder with myself through difficult times, and to be compassionate towards others.
This isn’t about sitting perfectly still or “emptying your mind”.
It’s about learning simple, practical ways to:
calm anxiety
steady emotions
feel more grounded
be kinder to yourself
We’ll work with breathing, mindfulness and heart-based practices like kindness, compassion and equanimity.
I’ve chosen to offer this course at a reduced supported rate, because it’s really important to me that meditation remains accessible and supportive for as many people as possible.
