In Chinese medicine the Liver and Gallbladder are related to wood element. Which is responsible for spreading and smooth flow of energy around the body. Here are a few tips to help your Liver as we approach spring

👉engage in more exercise, long walks in nature.
👉Go to bed early and rise early
👉This a a good time to cleanse and detox the body.
👉 Take a break from stimulants such as caffeine and alcohol, and avoid fatty foods. This will help your liver clear out those accumulated toxins
