✨ Looking After Emotional Wellbeing ✨

This afternoon I swapped stethoscopes and yoga mats for paintbrushes and a very enthusiastic blob of green watercolour at a lovely workshop in Boroughbridge. And you know what? Not bad for a complete beginner — I even ended up with a little bird who looks genuinely pleased to exist.

Creativity is a brilliant way to decompress, reconnect with yourself and give your emotional wellbeing a gentle boost. No pressure, no perfection… just play, colour and a very satisfying splosh of painty water.

Highly recommend giving something new a go — your mind will thank you (and you might surprise yourself too!). 🎨💚

🌞 What a JOY it was to guide Indyoga Wednesday night class (a couple of weeks ago) at Boroughbridge Methodist Church — and on a very special day for lovely Adrianne! 💛

We flowed through a Fire Element sequence to honour the summer season… and wow, did we get the juices flowing! 🔥✨

🍂 What a fantastic time at the Autumn Networking Event on Sunday! 🌟 Huge thanks to Adrianne from Indyoga for organising such a brilliant gathering and to Lucy at Well House Yoga Space for providing the perfect setting. 🏡✨

It was amazing to connect with so many inspiring practitioners, all dedicated to bringing more joy and vitality into people’s lives through their incredible offerings. 💛🌈

📸 While the group photo might be missing a few faces, their Presence was definitely felt throughout the day! 😉

And who would have thought we’d end up having so many great conversations about Fish & Chip shop yoga promotion?! 🐟🍟🧘‍♀️ Love these unexpected surprises that spark creativity and connection. 💡💬
