What is it to be a woman on the Deep Feminine path right now?

It is to be a CONTRADICTION

If you are growing, shifting, evolving, healing. Transforming.

You are going to contradict yourself: from one day to the next, from one hour to the next…from one year to the next.

Why?

Because you are reclaiming, rebirthing, and experimenting with ALL parts of yourself:

~ The shadow and the light

~ The tender and the bold

~ The vulnerable and the powerful

~ The compassionate and the fierce

🔥 the fire AND the water 💧

This is why we call it the FULL FEMININE

Because SHE contains ALL of it.

Before Clove wakes.
Sit in the garden with a cup of tea,
listening to the birds…
*brimming* with love for this world
For this life

I hear the faint cry of Clove, waking up inside the house:
« Mamaaaaa! Maaaaa ~ maaaaa!!»

« oh! when I see you first thing on a morning my heart just LEAPS from my chest! » I say

He replies
« Okay, okay, no need to be SO POETIC!! »

Tonight we Begin our Descent into the World Below with ancient Sumerian Goddess Inanna.

Inanna is one of - if not THE MOST - ancient Goddess.

Working with her as a guide can bring us into deep remembering of our belonging to this great Earth.
🔻Awakening us to the ancient wisdom codes embedded deep within the Earth’s core, and indeed within our own bodies.

This is the moment where we begin to GO DEEP

And that the Earth *isn’t* in conversation with our Bodies.

All. Of. The. Time.

I can’t quite believe that we live in a world which has conditioned us to believe that this sacred conversation doesn’t exist. Or that we might be somehow imagining it.

That we’ve been taught to deny that, which seems so utterly obvious to any woman who simply lies her Belly down on the Earth. In Devotion. »

Tonight I will lead us in a guided meditation where we’ll connect to the healing waters of Goddess Brighid and Mother Mary.

This is a place of profound emotional connection and release. Where we step away from our busy, ordinary daily reality and seek refuge in the deep waters of the deep feminine soul.

In the Cave of the Dark Moon sisterhood tonight, we will gather around the Holy Well of Brighid, where we will receive a 9 Waves Blessing to bring blessings of speech, body, joy, health, and POWER for our journey ahead…

In the breath cycle, she is akin to the pause at the very end of the exhale.

In the cycle of the seasons, she is akin to deep winter.

In the menstrual cycle, she is the bleeding time…

In the cycle of life, she is the Wise Woman, the Crone…

She is a pause place. A power place. A space for deep integration.

A liminal place of darkness and emptiness; where wisdom and insight can find real roots within us, before we attempt to rebirth anything new…”

It seems to be de rigueur these days,
that when you’re about to launch a new online offering, it rolls something like:

“I’m SO excited to announce……..”

But I’ll be brutally honest with you.

This new Dark Moon sisterhood I’m on the brink of birthing, feels a lot more like:

“I’ve been FU***NG TERRIFIED about this, but here goes ….”

Because it’s been A LOT to birth this one into being.
And I’ve been absolutely through the rinser with it, emotionally.

But the thing is.
I’d be doing a massive disservice to all of us *not* to say that honestly, aloud.

Because a HUGE part of what this Dark Moon sisterhood is about is 🌑 facing what it really takes for personal and collective transformation.

🖤 To meet and to face our most difficult emotions, fears and conditioning.
Consciously.
Courageously
With love.

And so this is the best I have to offer.
Really, it’s all I have to offer you.

My bare, courageous, heart on the table.
Next to yours.
Sharing: It’s not easy.

None of this is easy.

It’s really hard being a human right now.

It’s painful.
And it’s sometimes terrifying, to even feel.

But we can hold it and cradle it together.
Truthfully.
Courageously.
With love.

And we were never meant to do this ALONE.

The world has entered dark, POWERFUL times and we need strong sisterhoods of strong women who can NAVIGATE this potent, transformative potential of the dark.

Me in my garden
in a hail storm
at 9am this morning
with yesterday’s mascara
still smeared on my face.
Nestled in a dry robe and
an old sleeping bag…

This is your reminder that
your body *NEEDS* time outside.

Go Get it however you can.

Follow that urge.

Don’t wait for grand moments or long hikes in untamed forests or mountain ranges.

Lug yourself outside
in any way you can

wearing whatever you can get your hands on
that’ll keep you warm enough
to stay outside for more than 5 minutes:

“It’s not a bloody fashion show!”
As my old Grandad would say: “Get some bloody fresh air in yer lungs kid!” 🫁
