Hi there everyone ☺️
It's been a little while since I've been on my socials, just life keeping me crazy busy, I know it's the same for you all too. I feel like I'm slowly waking up as we nudge into Spring, skies are a bit more blue, temperatures are slightly warmer (by 3pm anyway!) and I feel a bit more myself with more daylight!
I'm going to be opening up some extra appointments soon so if you're feeling called to take a breath & give yourself a little re-set, maybe my treatment room would make the perfect place!

Happy New Year!

I hope you've all had a lovely Christmas. Santa brought me laryngitis, so I must have been on the naughty list 😂 it was a very quiet Christmas Day with no voice for me! In fact most of December was spent poorly, so a little request from me - if you feel unwell with anything throughout Jan, please rearrange your appointments, I cannot be anymore ill, please & thank you 🙏

Have you made any resolutions? I haven't, but I am thinking of what I'm bringing into 2026 & kindness is top of my list, you just never know what other people are dealing with & I think the world could do with as many people as possible sprinkling kindness around.

I hope this year brings you lots of happy moments, good health & time spent with the people who fill up your cup, much love to you all 🧡
