The 1st of September, on a Monday - this makes me very happy!!!

I'm hanging onto the Summer as long as I can though, no dreaming of boots & jumpers & dark mornings & darker nights over here!

More light please, I can cope with the cold but let Autumn have all the brightness & colours that it did last year so I can drag myself through the grey days when they come!

● Saturday Scents ●

Lots of you ask me about the blends I share on a Saturday, you want to give them a try, they resonate with you or how you're feeling, this gives me a lot of insight & prompts questions on both physical and mental health.

Todays blend is one that I would use for insomnia, possibly associated with hot flushes or anxiety brought about by peri-menopause or the menopause. It could be helpful if you're feeling a little overwrought, if your mood was a bit low & you don't feel quite yourself, maybe you just can't put your finger on what it is. This blend is incredibly grounding. It balances the emotions & creates a feeling of positivity - always helpful at this time of year.
