It started with a message from the

He was ready to change.

But he wasn’t doing it alone

His wife jumped in too.

Side by side. Rep by rep. Meal by meal. Week by week.

Since then, they’ve been nothing short of consistent:
✅ Turning up to the gym
✅ Fueling their bodies without restriction
✅ Checking in every single week without fail

And what’s followed?

Phenomenal progress.

Not just on the outside, but the mindset shift that comes when you realise

Gym banter = anabolic 😤💪

It’s not actual bullying…

It’s love with extra reps.

Training solo is great, but there’s something powerful about being around people who push you, call you out, and won’t let you quit halfway through a set.

(And yes, sometimes that means getting roasted mid-lift.)

As a fat loss coach, this is really something out of my comfort zone but since I love helping others feel more confident in their own skin, it’s worth pushing past that fear. 🎥🔥

Because if showing up online helps even one person realise they don’t have to suffer through another strict diet or spin their wheels at the gym… then it’s a win.
