💥 4 months between these photos.

This is Will.

When he first joined my REVIVE coaching programme, his goal was simple:

To drop a significant amount of body fat and build muscle so he could finally feel confident in his body again.

Like many people, Will had tried to make the change before…

Micro habits you can start that actually move the scale 👇

You don’t need a full life overhaul.
You need small habits done consistently... especially over 30.

1️⃣ Daily steps (7–10k)
Not cardio marathons.

Just more movement.

Walks between meetings, after dinner, on phone calls

It adds up without burning you out.

2️⃣ Protein at every meal
This alone helps with hunger, energy, and muscle retention.

No fancy recipes

Just make protein the anchor and build around it.

3️⃣ Consistent sleep times
Going to bed and waking up at similar times matters more than you think.

Better sleep = better food choices, fewer cravings, and more energy to train.

4️⃣ Strength training (3x a week)
You don’t need daily workouts.

Just enough to build muscle, support your metabolism, and keep your body strong as you age.

5️⃣ Managing stress (not ignoring it)
When stress is high, fat loss slows.

We adjust

We don’t push harder and hope for the best.

Pick one habit.
Build it properly.
Then layer the next.

Stop letting the scale control your mood.

I see this all the time with new clients.

They step on the scale, see a number they don’t like… and suddenly they feel like the whole week was a failure.

But here’s the truth:

Your body weight can fluctuate for so many reasons.

Water retention.
Stress.
Hormones.
Sleep.
Salt intake.
Training the day before.

So if the scale is the only way you measure progress, you’ll often feel disappointed even when you’ve actually had a great week.

That’s why my online clients usually weigh themselves just once per week, unless I say otherwise.

And we look at the bigger picture:

✔️ Progress photos
✔️ Body measurements
✔️ How clothes are fitting
✔️ Energy levels and performance in the gym

These tell the real story of what’s happening.

Once clients shift into this mindset, it’s like a huge wave of relief.

Because for some people, the number on the scale has controlled their confidence for years.

But imagine how good it would feel to let go of that.

To stop chasing a number…

And instead feel confident when you look in the mirror.

To put on your summer clothes and actually feel good in them.

Right now there are 12–16 weeks until peak summer, which is more than enough time to make noticeable changes if you follow the right structure.

Fat loss should support your life...

NOT consume it.

If your plan causes guilt, anxiety, or avoidance…

it’s not discipline you’re missing

it’s the WRONG approach.

A good fat loss plan should:
• fit around work, family, and social life
• reduce stress, not add to it
• feel boring in the best way... repeatable and sustainable
• help you trust yourself again with food and training

You don’t need extremes to make progress.

You need a plan that works with your life, not against it.

This is Lizzie.

And what makes her story special isn’t just the transformation

This transformation is special.

Because Sophie and Ian didn’t just lose weight…

⚡ 3 weeks between these photos.

This is Sarah.

She came to me with a very specific goal.

She wanted to get leaner than she’d ever managed before and finally lose those stubborn last few pounds that just wouldn’t shift.

Like many people, she told me she’d tried numerous times to drop that final bit of body fat… but always seemed to get stuck.

Now to be clear

Sarah already looked fantastic in the “before” photo.

She had already put in a lot of hard work to get to that point.

But she wanted to challenge herself and see what she could achieve with the right structure and accountability in place.

So we put together a focused plan.

Within just 3 weeks, Sarah had dropped 6lbs and leaned out noticeably, especially around that stubborn lower stomach area.

And I’ll be honest…

After 10 plus years coaching, people still don’t believe me when I say
