The gym saved my life!

Very real post today and something that I have never really spoken about before…

(Doing this a lot recently as I think it’s better to get things out there)

I was in the best shape of my life in these pictures….. but I wasn’t in a good place mentally whatsoever.

I had just gone through a breakup which was under extremely difficult circumstances (house, business etc)

I was under so much pressure financially and every single day I was having to work directly alongside my ex girlfriend (this lasted nearly a year and absolutely broke me)

The only thing that kept me from completely falling apart was having a goal…. A goal to get myself in the best shape I could!

It gave me a focus, it gave me a distraction and most of all it gave me a sense of achievement when everything else felt like it was falling apart.

Only a few people close to me knew how much I was struggling and to the outside world, I was just going about my business with a smile on my face like every other day.

Just make sure you check up on your people, an outward smile doesn’t always mean inward happiness 😃

🌟 CLIENT TRANSFORMATION 🌟

Today’s amazing transformation comes from my client Chloe who completely changed her body composition and mindset over an 8 months period

The first 6 months of Chloe’s journey were all about adding some nice lean muscle and stripping down body fat to leave her looking nice and lean with lots of definition.

in the last couple of months we undertook a hypertrophy phase where we have aimed to add as much muscle as possible to give her an even more unbelievable shape.

Alongside that, we have aimed to instil a lot more self belief and an ‘I can achieve anything” attitude.

Chloe is now in a position where she feels happy, healthy, more confident and is now pushing forward in all aspects of her life and it’s been absolutely incredible to watch her go from strength to strength.

Chloe’s amazing transformation comes down to a crazy work ethic where I have to tell here to clam down and rest from time to time or she burns out. (we’re cut from a similar cloth in that regard)

I can honestly say it was an absolute pleasure to train her

What you can achieve in just 4 weeks if you put the work in.

A huge shoutout to my amazing client Meg who made incredible progress on the first 28 days on plan.

Meg had suffered with serious bloating and lack of confidence due to the way she looked and felt, and desperately wanted to find her smile again.

So she decided to reach out and signed up for the online coaching at the beginning of July.

As you can see in the transformation photo, she has completely changed the way she looks and is now in a much much happier place. (And over half a stone down)

And this ALL comes down to how hard she worked and how dedicated she was (and she’s an intensive care nurse, so she’s a perfect example of how you can ALWAYS find the time IF you want something enough)
