Taking the time to say goodbye to summer today and hello to autumn. This summer allowed me to take my foot of the gas a little and indulge in some really meaningful endings, but I’m ready for crumble, fires, jumpers and pumpkins.

July…you were a delight, a trip to my favorite place and ending with a day spent celebrating my PhD graduation with some amazing people that I could not have done it without.

This end of a chapter feels mixed, and has come after a lot of reflection and battling with my ego to understand what matters to me, and that doing well may actually mean stepping away from certain accomplishments and moving towards what actually suits me more.

Contact and connection with people I love grounds and resets me. Work and responsibilities can consume me, and a trip to London with my boy was exactly what I needed to remind me to not take my world so seriously.

2023….like all years there were highs and lows, looking back at my photos scared me with how quick time has flown for me this year. Thank you to those that contributed to the highs and were beside me for the lows. 2024…I strive to be more present, adopt a gentle pace and more intention 💜
