Training during pregnancy, postnatal recovery to building strength in perimenopause and beyond, my mission is to help you reconnect with your body and move with confidence. Located at Clifton Moor, my studio offers expert-led classes, specialist coaching and a warm, welcoming community.

I’ve been feeling it myself.

It’s loud.

People coming at you from all directions.

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE that we have access to it, but it’s a slippery slope to feeling like you have to be meticulous with everything you do.

Eat this way. Move that way. Fix this.

Safe is a feeling.

It’s not about one exercise being ‘safe’ and another being ‘unsafe’; it’s about how you feel when you move.

When working with me, that feeling of safety comes from:

Our Story

Pramfit is for the Mums and has been for the last 5 years and we've supported over 200 mums in that time.

Pregnancy and after pregnancy can be a really difficult time, both mentally and physically. The body is different, mindset has changed, your time and limits are stretched with new experiences, good and bad. But your not alone.

You will become stronger, fitter, healthier with other likeminded mums, in a wonderful community You won’t fail, you won’t train alone, you will be supported.
