This is a fantastic opportunity to join our expanding and modern Foot Company clinic, supporting our growing team and patient base.
✨ Role: Clinic Administrator – Thursday Afternoon & All Day Friday
🗓️ Potential Additional Hours: Saturdays (optional)
📍 Location: Wiggington - York
You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a professional, friendly, and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Greeting patients and managing appointments
✅ Handling payments and patient documentation
✅ Keeping the clinic clean and organised
✅ Managing enquiries (email/phone)
✅ Supporting podiatrists with day-to-day clinic operations
✅ Monitoring stock and general admin tasks
We’re looking for someone with strong IT skills (MS Office, Google Docs, etc.) and a confident, warm approach to patient care. Previous experience is an advantage but not essential.
