Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to provide tailored personal training experiences for a diverse range of wonderful clients in a private studio? We’re ultra-busy now and would love you to join us if you're the right fit for our team!

At Complete Life Fitness (CLF) we're proud to provide award-winning life-enhancing services to help our clients, whether they’re training for a sporting event, looking to lose 1kg or 50kg, getting back to exercise after an injury, illness or pregnancy, trying to get in shape before a wedding or struggling with their mental health. If you’re a personal trainer committed to the care and success of your clients we’d love to hear from you.

We’re a six-year-old PT studio based at Clifton Moor in York. Our studio is a private space creating a non-intimidating environment. It enables us to deliver sessions to clients who do not want the hustle of a busy gym for whatever reason.

Being a part of our team will allow you to develop meaningful and rewarding relationships with clients wanting to become members of the studio. We focus on the individual, offering a full wrap-around service including personal training, private facilities, lifestyle and nutritional advice. Our qualifications enable us to provide bespoke packages for clients returning to exercise after illness and other impactful changes to their lives. We are proud to support the long-term goals, health and wellbeing of our clients and have an outstanding reputation for doing so.

As a self-employed Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer working as part of the CLF team, you’ll take on new clients handed to you when required, as well as flexing your sales and marketing prowess to develop and engage new leads to build your client base at the same time.

As a client-facing business, flexibility in hours is key. We’re looking for individuals who are available to work at the gym across a range of hours to fit with clients varying lifestyles. This will include early mornings, evening work and weekends. Whatever meets the clients’ needs!

By joining us you’ll become part of a lively community of trainers and clients. Our trainers are highly skilled, supportive and welcoming. You must genuinely care about the welfare of your clients, meaning your work doesn’t stop when the session does. You are expected to guide clients through their journey to success, helping them take responsibility for tasks set when away from the studio and following up with them if needed.

If you’re excited to develop your career by becoming part of our team, and meet the following criteria, then we would love to hear from you;

Experience
· You hold at least a level 3 personal trainer qualification (a level 4 qualification or sports/exercise-related degree would be a massive bonus!).
· You are a qualified first aider or willing to undergo training.
· You have public liability insurance.
· You are experienced in developing and engaging new clients using a range of techniques for example leveraging social media, purposeful networking and engaging local businesses.
· You have demonstrable experience working with a diverse range of clients and of designing bespoke training experiences for them.
· You genuinely enjoy being a PT and are motivated by helping your clients be successful.

Skills
· You feel comfortable and creative in the use of social media platforms to advertise to new clients.
· You are completely reliable and understand the need to practise exceptional timekeeping. We have free car and bike parking at our Clifton Moor studio in York, so it’ll be up to you to make sure you’re always on time!

Hats off to our member Jakub 🎩 It’s never easy to take that first step in to a fitness journey and it can be especially daunting if you don’t know what to do or even how to start.

Jakub took that step with us and has certainly put the work and effort in to get where he is today. Things haven’t been 100% perfect (that’s life!), there’s been ups and downs but we are always here to keep things moving in the right direction.

A whopping 22kg weight loss for Louis…

… and we’re still going! 🚀

With 1 PT session per week at the studio, Louis has been smashing it in and out of the studio.

With the aims of losing some weight before his sisters wedding and feeling more confident we started working on his activity levels and food intake.

Making small adjustments as we progressed has allowed us to achieve some amazing results and we’re still going 💥

We can certainly agree that those goals have already been met but we push on to bigger and better things 😁💪🏼
