I was so thrilled to be able to share a story at Restival. Not just because I love storytelling, but because this community of people is so incredible. It was an absolute joy to share this time with everyone. I think my favourite moment was when all the people in the ballroom crowded around the zoomland attendees to say hello. There is so much love and joy in this community! ✨💫💞

A massive THANK YOU to .bolt and the utterly wonderful Suzy Bolt community. I feel truly honoured to be a part of this incredible gang.

I had the most wonderful time with you all in Brighton at the weekend. I still can't believe I went up in the i360. And dressed up as an octopus. And got to see so many of you in the flesh.

One of my favourite bits was seeing you all cluster around the laptop at the end to wave to the zoomland attendees. It was so beautiful. Love you all ❤️💫🥰🐙✨

York University was ✨sparkling✨ last week as all the new students arrived. I hold two yoga classes / week there - which are 💥FREE💥 for all students and university employees:

Wednesdays: 8.15am-9am WAKE UP YOGA
Fridays: 8.15am-9am MINDFULNESS YOGA

The classes are held in a beautiful space - surrounded by trees and sweet birdsong 🕊️🌳 It's lovely. If you'd like to attend, send me a message and I'll give you the details 😊
