Weaving medicine stories in amongst restorative yoga, gentle movement, silence, breathwork, meditation and nidra really feels like my creative output. I am nourished by it. Words are spells, and I am excited to be sharing a powerful medicine story in this session.

They understood that new beginnings start with a descent into darkness, to let go, compost away that which we don’t need, to rest and make space for new beginnings. How we rest during the autumn and winter determines how we are born anew in the spring 🌱
