Covid Vaccine Clinic
Please call the Surgery or book online via the NHSAPP or Patient Access if you are in any of the following groups and would like to book into the clinic on Thursday 23rd September at the Galtres Centre, Easingwold.
- 16 years or over, first vaccination
- 17 years & 9 months and more than 8 weeks since your first vaccination
- Immunosuppressed and eligible for a 3rd dose (advised by your clinical team)
- 12-15 years and in an eligible clinical risk group
- Missed your 2nd vaccine as were Covid positive over 28 days ago
