I know how it feels. I’ve been there too.
Years ago, I thought fixing my sleep would be simple: go to bed earlier, drink herbal tea, and stop looking at my phone at night.
Turns out, it wasn’t that simple.
Not because those ideas are bad, but because they only address the surface.
The real problem?
Most of us never learn how to calm our nervous system, reset our natural rhythms, or actually give our mind and body the permission to rest.
and thats what we will be doing in my up and coming program ....
