Meet Teg, she’s one of our shortlisted slimmers for our Woman of the Year Award and has lost over 10 stone with The 1:1 Diet.

As a mental health nurse, Teg knew how to care for others, but when it came to her own health and mental wellbeing she was well and truly neglecting her needs.

“I was lacking control in so many areas of my life but there were a few things I could control, which included seeking support for my mental health and my weight! So, I approached my GP, who suggested medication and therapy, and I started The 1:1 Diet.”

"I’ve lost 6 and a half stone in total now. 💪

Becoming a mum was the most incredible thing, but along with all the joy, I lost myself along the way. I put my own needs last, and after a year of being a mum, I felt exhausted and uncomfortable in my own body. I knew I had to make a change to be healthy, full of energy, and truly enjoy the moments that matter most. 😍

I’m so grateful to The 1:1 Diet for giving me my life back. The steps were easy to follow, and the support kept me going. My health has improved massively, but the biggest change is how I feel. The daily worries are gone, and a weight has been lifted—both off my body and my mind.🤲

I’ve lost 6.5 stone so far, and my life no longer revolves around my weight. I can simply live. ❤️"
