This was just one of the highlights of my summer, a trip to Rome with my mum and my sister. Throughout lockdown I had been working in care, doing very little on social media and letting the Wellness Boxes just potter along. I have learned so much about mental health, stress and burnout and needed to spend the summer not working much and making lovely memories. As we head towards winter I intend to share much more and document how I intend not just to survive but to thrive. I know so many people are already struggling so I will not be pushing things I have for sale, rather sharing practical strategies to keep well and resilient this winter xx

Wow, about 40 days into the New Year.
How are you all doing? Currently my favourite activity is napping. I have started another night job which goes some way to explaining why the Wellness Box has been so quiet, but it is also because I am finding social media to be quite draining.
We are still here and have been finding fab new Yorkshire products to show you soon. As I said I am working nights but now it is support not care so should be less physically demanding and I will be available to post things out during the day. Many of our suppliers are facing big challenges at present so they need our support. Every purchase from you helps just that little bit more. Thank you all for sticking with us, things are getting better day by day ###
