Neal's Yard (certified organic) I stock a choice of 2.
Alexandra Kaye (certified organic) I stock a choice of 2 including a nourishing oil blend for people who wish to avoid essential oils.

I am very happy to show you the details of my Natural Therapies to You service.

You choose your package, either 1, 2 or 3 hours and then contact me with your location and dates. Your location may be your home or holiday accommodation, within 45 minutes drive of my address in Strensall.

Once we agree a date and time, I will request payment to confirm the booking. This may be a 50% deposit or if the date is within a month it will be in full. Then you can enjoy choosing your treatments to make up the time package you have chosen. Once you have chosen let me know and I will send health consultation forms through, for you to complete in advance. This also allows time for you to check with your doctor or midwife if they are happy for you to receive certain treatments.

48 hours before the agreed date you will pay any outstanding balance and I will remind you of the time scales. On the day I will arrive 20 to 30 minutes before treatments are due to start so I can come in and set up ready to start the treatment on the start time.

Exciting news!
Over the past 4 weeks, my patient and creative logo designer Annina Diston has designed about 25 logo options. My head has been amazed, surprised, confused and mangled.
Today with blinding clarity, I have finally chosen a new logo for my Natural Therapies to You business. I guess Annina and I are both relieved about that, I certainly am.

It will appear on this page first, then on my website, and on my new Natural Therapies to You leaflet (digital and paper).

Just thinking ahead to the next 4 bank holidays;
I am open and working on Good Friday (18th April) and Easter Monday, (21st April).

I will not be working on 5th May (May Day bank holiday)

And I haven't decided yet about 26th May (spring bank holiday)!!

How far will I travel to deliver Natural Therapies to You?

This is a very common question from clients, so I thought it would be useful to share this map.
I am happy to drive for up to 40 minutes from home which includes; York, Strensall, Flaxton, Haxby, Wiggington, Easingwold, Malton, Pocklington, Market Weighton, Selby, Sherburn, Tadcaster, Weatherby, Easingwold, Helmsley, Pickering and all villages within that area.
I will need a parking space next to the door to the venue for unloading and loading. And space in a warm room to put up a treatment couch and be able to walk freely around the table, and to push a stool all the way round.

Good morning everyone!
Last week I finally managed to change the name of this page to Natural Therapies to You, which is much more in line with what I offer.

The idea is similar, I bring my Natural Therapies to your home or holiday cottage, near York.

You are likely to be 1 or 2 people, probably a couple having time at home or away to yourselves.

How does it work?
You pick a package length of 1, 2 or 3 hours. And several dates and times that suit you. We agree the best date and time for your treatments to start. I then send the treatment list for you to chose from. The list includes everything I offer at Sarah Wilson Natural Therapies except the paraffin wax treatment as that is a messy treatment.

Then I come to you with everything I need to bring you the Natural Therapies you want. How easy is that!

My opening hours.

York Pamper Parties is showing as open 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week. I do take every other weekend off, but on the whole I am around to answer queries 7 days a week.

These are not the times that I work doing pamper parties. Usually 9 out of 10 pamper events are run between 10am to 4pm, but occasionally people want a later party usually on a Friday night or Saturday night, or early evening 3pm to 6pm just before the group head out or stay in to eat!

If you are thinking of booking a party in or around York, perhaps to tie in with a birthday, event or celebration please get in touch, with your dates, numbers and ideas. I will be only too happy to guide you through steps to make the pamper treatments a success.

As we enter 2025 I wanted to look back and review last year's pamper work.

I have worked at Keldy Cabins and Cropton Forest Holidays near Pickering with Glo, see photo 1 when we did outdoor treatments in warm weather.

I have also worked privately in holiday cottages and homes in Flaxton (Griffon Forest), Thirsk and Wilberfoss, and other locations in and around York. I am happy to travel by car 45 minutes from Strensall too.

You can book me privately for 3 or 6 people. For larger groups I can organize a second and third therapist to join us.

However in a bid to let you know I am working hard doing pamper visits to holiday Cottages in and around York, I thought I better pop in here to say hi.

This year I have worked at Keldy Cabins and Cropton Forest Holidays near Pickering.

Previously I have worked in holiday cottages in Flaxton, Earswick, (York), Walkington (Beverley), Jollydays (Stamford Bridge).

As many of you already know I work for myself as Sarah Wilson Natural Therapies and as also as York Pamper Parties. I also accept work from Glo Pamper, and usually I do one or 2 bookings a month for Glo, often at Cropton or Keldy Forest Holidays, or anywhere in North Yorkshire in private holiday cottages.
At the end of May I took on some Glo work, which was for a large group, so 3 therapists were needed, to give each lady a 30 minute treatment of their choice. I did 6 neck, back and shoulder massages, with pre-blended aromatherapy oils.
This morning I checked my e mails and found a thank you note from the Glo Pamper Office. The client had written in and left a 5 star review for Glo and for the 3 therapists including me.

Photos are mine taken at previous holiday pampers. I can set up my treatment couch in kitchens, bedrooms and living rooms. We just need space to be able to walk all the way round the couch.
