What an amazing Christmas Fair we’ve had today in support of Dementia Forward! A big thank you to Richard Moorcroft for coming along and singing, and thank you to everyone who joined us and supported the event.

We were also out in the community in Shipton, where local supporters kindly donated—your generosity means so much.

Today has been a truly wonderful and joyful event. We raised ÂŁ220, which will be going towards our special surprise, to be revealed at the end of the year.

We can’t thank you all enough. A huge well done to everyone at St Catherine’s! 🎄✨

What a busy Friday we’ve had!
We started the day with Christmas dogs, which everybody thoroughly enjoyed — even our friends at the Manor joined in the fun. In the afternoon, we’ve been hard at work getting everything ready for our wonderful Christmas Fair tomorrow from 10am till 3pm at the Manor in the Cinema Lounge.
Later on, we relaxed with some good old Christmas hymns and music on the TV, along with some lovely one-to-one time.

We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow morning at 10 o’clock. We’ve got a Singer, a cake Stall and. Craft stalls stall, and of course… Prosecco!
Can’t wait to see you all there 🎄✨

What a lovely Thursday we’ve had on this cold and wet day! We started off our Christmassy morning with a fun game of Christmas ring toss. In between all the excitement, Amos and Scarlett were busy in the kitchen baking up a storm for our wonderful cake stall at this Saturday’s Christmas Fair on the 6th of December, from 10 o’clock till 3 o’clock at the Manor.

In the afternoon, everyone enjoyed a fantastic session of musical therapy and exercise with the amazing Rhian Hull.

What an amazing day we’ve had! 🎄✨

What a wonderful Wednesday we’ve had in our Winter Wonderland! We started the day with a cosy film and a nice hot chocolate, and in the evening we enjoyed a fabulous Christmas concert in the restaurant area with many wonderful performers. We were treated to a lovely buffet prepared by Amos and Divya — thank you both, and thank you to the whole team for your support. And of course, the Bailey’s hot chocolates went down a treat!

We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow for another festive day.

What a wonderful day we’ve had on this third day of December!
Our little elf has returned and is already up to all sorts of naughtiness.

We kicked off the morning with G Fitness with Kate, which everybody enjoyed immensely. Then, in the afternoon, we headed out for our Christmas meal. There were 22 of us altogether families, staff, and our wonderful residents.

A huge thank you to our bus driver, Michael, and to The Black Horse in Wigton. And a special thank you to Ben, the best host we could ask for. We can’t thank you enough for making our day so special.
