What a sensational afternoon we have had today. We have been treated to a Ukelele performance from Harrogate Spa Town Ukes.

All of our residents thoroughly enjoyed themselves and said it was just what they needed on a Friday afternoon.

There was dancing, there was singing along, there was clapping and toe tapping! It was a wonderful sight to see.

Everyone is very excited to see you all again and we thank you for a marvellous experience.

What a fantastic VE Day we have had today.

We have spent the morning reminiscing of the 'Good old days' and sharing stories of childhood and families.

This afternoon we have had a dance to Rebekah Austin- who was terrific as usual and then thoroughly enjoyed a Union Jack fruit flan made by our wonderful Chef.

We have been treated to a sunshine serenade by Lee Lambert-Brooks and our residents loved every minute of it.

We have once again been treated to a visit from Aquatic Finatic

Our residents really do enjoy meeting all of the wonderful animals that are brought to see us and this visit was no different.

A very intense game of skittles has been had in the lounge, followed by one of our determined ladies conquering our Padington jigsaw- which we think looks wonderful with all its brght colours!
