What a wonderful day yesterday for Market Weighton Practice Patient Participation Group’s health and wellbeing event! 🥰

It was great to meet so many amazing local health providers, and to meet many more of you too! There was so much community spirit in the room, and it was a pleasure to be a part of it 🏘️
