Come and join me, Sylvia and others for a zoom Death Cafe tomorrow afternoon 2 - 3 pm - everyone's welcome.
"At a Death Cafe people, often strangers, gather to eat cake, drink tea and discuss death"
"A Death Cafe is a group directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes. It is a discussion group rather than a grief support or counselling session."
The main objective is to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives'.
It's a friendly informal event. We'd normally provide the tea, coffee and cake but with it being on zoom its up to you to put the kettle on and bring your own snacks.
Death Cafe
Tomorrow 2 - 3 pm YORK DEATH GOOD FESTIVAL – DEATH CAFÉ Saturday 15th of May from 14-15.00 Hours
Please book by emailing Sylvia on sylvia30wb@yahoo.co.uk for her to send you the zoom link for this meeting.
Death Cafe facilitators:

We think that talking about Death is a great way to spend some time. If you agree why not coming to the York Dead Good Festival DEATH CAFÉ on ZOOM.
Bring your own cup of tea and cake, snuggle onto your own sofa, and have a relaxed sharing time with others. We want to hear from you and your experience and thoughts.
