This mornings follow up acupuncture appointment for lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow)

Great results from Monday, symptoms much improved and that is after only 1 treatment. Hoping for even better results today.

Auricular acupuncture
The Nada Protocol.

This treatment involves 5 small needles inserted into the ear.
These needles are generally left in the ears for 30-40 minutes, in which time the client completely switches off, relaxes and allows the treatment to work.

Today’s work place, and some blue skies and sun!

We attended a course on Optimising the immune function through nutrition.

The body never ceases to amaze me, and how the lack of nutrients can cause so many issues within the soft tissue and muscles and it’s not just muscular damage through accidents or physical activities,
Which I treat on a daily basis.

I learnt a lot today, more than my brain can usually cope with 😜
