I am a wife, and mum of two girls, I have always been in touch with the spiritual world from a young age but never really known where to take it. Gong quickly became my calling, I love to help and support others, holding a space to help heal through gong. So, what is Gong - a gong is a sacred instrument used in early as ancient Egyptian, Greek, and Roman times. Gongs are used for relaxation and healing. How I will use gong for you - you book an appointment with me either 1-2-1 or a small group, you come to my home where I have a dedicated space to hold such peaceful sessions. We chat about what to expect and how your feeling etc, while drinking a lovely herbal tea, you lay and I use the sounds of the gong to help you with your healing.
