I know you guys who followed me through covid, through all of the 'disco garage' classes.... you got to know Alba. My beautiful girl passed away in September 2024, and she is - and always be missed so very dearly. However. There are dogs out there who need love. Who need a second chance.

Based on the above, im so beyond delighted to introduce you to Red ❤️ and Blue 💙 (or 'Red Devil' and 'The Snuggle Monster'!). They've been part of our lives for a few weeks now, and I'd already be lost without them!

They are so loving. So playful. And already, so very loved. Im planning on bringing some element of online service back in due course, so watch this space... but one things for sure.... you'll be seeing more of these 2 beautiful souls!

I've been qualified as a group exercise instructor for 16 years this month.
...and I'm still learning and adding strings to my bow 😊

Today - I taught my first ever Pilates class. Absolutely loved it! Join me at York Sport Village every Wednesday at 11.45am for some core killin' and butt burnin'!

Howdy y'all!

Thought you'd like a trip down memory lane!

I've been sorting out and cleaning my gym at home, and needed to give the mirror ball a wipe over. 5 years on, and it still stands! It's been hit numerous times with barbells, I've walked into it more times than I care to remember.... but it still stands 🕺

No plans to get rid of it. It's a little piece of NLPT history! The number of online sessions that mirror ball appeared in is well into the hundreds (I'd say realistically.... around 500 or so if we include all the YSV sessions too)

What a wonderful week it has been 🥰. Business is so busy right now - 2 new clients joined the clan this week - loads of classes with a heap of laughs had.... and on top of that.... lots of great news came my way too 🥰. Life is good!
