Your intention is what matters and 'wrong' is completely subjective.

Be you, authentically and don't give a fig what anyone else thinks!

No one will remember a day/month/week from now anyway. Everyone is wrapped up in their own fears of what others think.

Stop judging others.

As long as you live, keep learning how to live.

If you keep doing what you have always done, you'll keep getting the same results.

Change might be scary, but pushing through your fear is where the magic lies.

Before you could ride a bike, remember how scary it felt? Then once you learned how to, the feeling of freedom and exhilaration as the wind flew in your face and you sped happily along was awesome!

Remember those training wheels, or stabilisers, that helped you get started and gave you the confidence to go it alone? Well that's kind of my role, to support you in building the confidence to whizz along on your own. Giving you tools and support, allowing you to make big scary changes all by yourself.

There are 101 things you could/should be doing.

But being still, watching thoughts come and go, and realising that they are just thoughts, and you really don't have to pay attention to them... is the most productive use of your time, when you can...
