Dont faint .... but I've just joined up for a better uk membership 🙈. And have booked 3 different sessions for this coming week! This is totally new to me, last time I was a member of any gym was 18 years ago!
So this week im booked in for .....

Monday - gym
Wednesday - swimming
Friday - dance fitness

Am i crazy??? Absolutely
Am i mental??? Most definitely
Am I determined this year i will get to target??? Yes yes and yes
Am i going to die??? Most probably! 🤣🤣

Been in Food Warehouse, Foss Islands all day today, spreading the word. Helping to pack and filling the freezers with more SW meals to keep them stocked up. Fun day speaking to everyone, joined by fellow consultants and some of my amazing members 😀 ❤️ xx

I've been into Food Warehouse today and grabbed some of our new items on sale 😍
First thing i did when home was pop a pancake into the toaster to warm through and try with a small dollop of fat free yoghurt and blueberries... ohhhh yum 😋

✨ Fresh Start for 2026! ✨
New year, new mindset, and I’m officially hitting the reset button with Slimming World.
With SlimmingWorlds exciting new changes and products coming, I for one can't wait 🤩

This year I’m focusing on:
❤️healthier habits
❤️ feeling good in my own skin
❤️staying consistent, not perfect
❤️celebrating every little win along the way
