My name is Ange and I have been practicing yoga for almost 20 years. Through my personal experience of yoga, I have worked with a variety of inspiring teachers who have encouraged me to develop my own practice and pass on my knowledge to others. My classes take a gentle and therapeutic approach that encourages you to work at your own pace and ability. Discover postures and develop mindfulness to help you manage the stresses and strains of daily life. Having worked in my local area as a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher for over 15 years, I am also a qualified teacher of the specialised “Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs” course and these classes are now available in Easingwold. The small and friendly classes designed to gently strengthen your body and your mind:

General Classes (for all abilities):

Easingwold – Wednesday and Friday mornings
Boroughbridge – Thursday afternoons

Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs:

Easingwold – Friday Mornings
