Please join us in wishing Pat a very happy happy birthday. She has enjoyed fresh flowers collected from the grounds by another resident. Visits from family complete with more flowers and birthday cake🎂

We begin the weekend by raising the roof. Staying active together in one of our regular wake up shake up mornings. Even some of the most reluctant join parts of the session, encouraged within their own abilities that every effort counts.

With a spring in our step and in the gardens, we enjoy the benefits of being outdoors. Stimulating our sense of sight with the flowers appearing and hearing as we listen to bird song.🌷🐦‍⬛🐦

Our Book Fairy loves to share the magic of spellbinding stories, and is running a special competition across our care homes! We're inviting young bookworms to show off their World Book Day costumes and share their favourite stories with our residents 📚🐛

We've got some brilliant bookish prizes up for grabs:
✨ a bumper pack of 10 Julia Donaldson illustrated storybooks,
✨ a collection of 16 classic Roald Dahl books,
✨ and 10 timeless children's classics, including Alice in Wonderland and Black Beauty.

To be in with a chance of winning, simply post a photo of your child's World Book Day costume in the comment section with a short message about their favourite book, character or author 📖

Residents will then choose their favourite costumes, with three lucky winners being announced on our page on Monday 🏆

We began lunar year of the horse by keeping our motor skills and co ordination in check. snipping and folding to make lanterns🐴

Off we go we!
A ride through the local farmland and countryside, observing the ever changing weather and environment.we spot animals farm vehicles on route via pickering, reminising of past places visited. A spot of light refreshement at "mporland and steam garden center were we also puck up some birthday gifts🚜🌳☕️
