Learn Baby Massage with Irene - York I also have a Masters Degree in Social Work. Course is 5 weeks in duration. Classes are an hour in length in the Fishergate/Fulford area . Booking is essential.

Research shows that Baby Massage provides relief from colic, constipation, teething & cold symptoms, improve sleep patterns, releases happy hormones for both baby and parent, helps with bonding and general sense of well being, security and love.

f Sensory Development an graduated with top scores in all my classes.. having I have also been privileged to receive tremendous and positive feedback from all mums who have attended my classes throughout the years. Why not come along and meet other mums/carers in a fun and comfortable relaxed setting while learning some effective techniques & strokes. Organic and Pesticide free oil and digitised training guide provided as well as a certificate, coffee, biscuits and chat weekly after class.

When is it ok to fall asleep in class? Anytime! It's a perfect way to be 😁😴💤

These mums were shown some strokes in class and after a practice, and their feed, these babies couldn't keep their eyes open !

Tomorrow in class they will all be learning how to help their baby with colic, wind and constipation. Every week there's a new body part to massage. Skills for life.
