We were proud to have members of the Yorkshire Sports Medicine team in attendance at a visiting lecture delivered by world class clinician Dr Enda King, hosted alongside students on the MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine at the University of Leeds.
Dr King is internationally recognised for his work in elite sport rehabilitation, particularly within professional football, bringing a wealth of experience in return to play strategies, performance diagnostics, and athlete management at the highest level. Learning from practitioners of this calibre is invaluable for continued development within our team.
A big thank you to the programme for welcoming our clinicians and supporting ongoing CPD, allowing us to continually elevate the level of care we provide. Representing YSM on the day were our Lead Physiotherapist and Head of Physiotherapy Sarah Rayner, alongside Senior Physiotherapists Sarah Hattee, Kelly Wild, and Jude McDowell.
It was also fantastic to share the space with such a strong group of clinicians and professionals, as well as the next generation of practitioners coming through the University of Leeds. Experiences like this reinforce the importance of collaboration, learning, and raising standards across the industry.
At Yorkshire Sports Medicine, we are committed to investing in our team so our clients continue to receive the highest quality care, grounded in the latest evidence and delivered by clinicians who are always striving to improve.
