Meet Nicola ✨

Nicola’s a hard working mum of 2, who came to me with a VERY specific problem.

She’s just like you. Knows the importance of training and looking after herself, but very little time and mental capacity to do so.

Despite that, she was continuously showing up to do the work. She even hired a coach (previous to us). But… this was the problem.

Nicola doesn’t really weigh very much. She’s super short and weights just 48kg. The problem with that is, she felt like she had to constantly starve herself to keep her body fat in check. So she set us a very specific task.

She wanted to build a significant amount of muscle so that she could increase her intake and learn how to actually fuel her body, rather than feel like she had to starve it to stay in shape.

So, we set out to give her a recomp.
We ripped up her ineffective training plan.
We remapped her nutrition.
We flipped her internal perspective.
Then this happened…

Body fat ⬇️
Muscle mass ⬆️
Calorie intake ⬆️
Strength ⬆️
Enjoyment of life and ability to manage her family 🚀

Nicola is a fantastic example of just how you can end the repetitive loop and constant cycle of dieting (especially as a woman with a small frame) and learn how to actually FUEL your body into shape, rather than starve it.

It’s not all training, nutrition and coaching…

Although, this picture was taken last week, at a really pivotal moment.

We were celebrating a huge leap of faith in Body Composition Coach.

As well as a huge milestone in our personal lives at the same time.

More to come on that.

But this signifies a huge moment for me, for the clients we help and for the people we will help in 2026.

Do you need to build muscle?

You’re just the scapegoat for my point.

If you think you’re building muscle, that’s why the scales or measurements aren’t changing,

You’re wrong.

Take a deeper look at your fat loss, because something isn’t working.

If you’re losing fat, you should seen some sort of downward trend somewhere.

Start again Monday? Start in January? It’s all part of the same mindset shift that’s required…

Look, I get it.

You have good intentions and you want to make a start, and I know setting your sights on Monday or January comes from a good place.

But it’s actually just feeding the cycle that’s keeping you stuck.

You make a promise to yourself. You break it.

You say you’ll do it. You don’t.

You say you won’t do something. You do.

It’s a vicious cycle of you committing, then not following through. All it does is reinforce your inner belief that you’re not capable and you don’t keep your word or your standards.

The moment you stop negotiating with yourself is the moment you truly break this cycle.

Until then, 2026 will look very much the same as 2025.

Meet Laura ✨

Laura’s story is one shared by a lot of women we work with.

She couldn’t help but feel her eyes drawn to those ‘problem areas’ after having kids. So she spent years of her life trying to solve it. Dieting over and over.

Laura has trained for years from her home.

She’s strong, disciplined, and the effort was never a problem.

But after having two kids, she came to the conclusion that maybe this was just “it.”

That her body had already reached its ceiling.
And that she no longer had control of changing it. She was destined to keep restricting and dieting with no outcome or end point.

But we helped her flip that perspective.

We reestablished control.
We showed her that effort in the right areas, always comes with results.
We showed her how to fuel, not just restrict.

And we showed her to become a stronger, leaner, more powerful version of herself whilst feeling her most confident and sexy self.

She’s finally seeing the results her hard work should have been delivering all along. And she’s in control of that.

And the best part?
We’re not done.

This was just her fat loss phase.

Now we’re going into a build — higher calories, more muscle, and a body that makes her feel more powerful than she thought possible.
