Meet Mark ✨

Marks pretty well known within my program, for all the right reasons 👌🏼

Mark joined us at 83kg. Looking for help, looking for an escape and looking for some direction to help him out of the low place he found himself.

On the face of it, he was training, eating right and doing what he could. But he was struggling behind the scenes.

Mark needed some direction, he needed some certainty in his results and he needed someone to grab him by the arm and lead him to the place he wanted to be.

Leaner, stronger, more confident and in control.

Marks even grown so much as a man, he puts himself forwards to speak at our events and talk to other members in the community to help them up too.

At the time of recording, he had lost 13kg. The best bit?
He’s now lost another 5kg.

18kg down, fat loss phase complete and time for a shift…

We are heading into a build, packing on muscle and taking Mark to the shape of his life by the time he hits 60.

Why?

Because we’ve got a cool new home!

The response to the Body Composition Coach Podcast has honestly been insane. Well over 1000 of you have tuned in and the impact it’s had on you through the stories you’ve shared with me have been immense.

The whole purpose behind the podcast was simply to impact more people.

People like you who want the (harsh) truth about training, nutrition and lifestyle.

That impact has been meaningful, but now it’s time to spread it further.

You’ll soon find us in both audio and visual across several platforms including Spotify and YouTube.

So I must apologise, there’s no new episode this week.

BUT, a bigger, better podcast is on the horizon.

Meet Emma… ✨

Emma’s an academic who really has her s**t together. She holds down an important job role and looks after her small family, who mean the world to her.

Whilst she has her s**t together, her body didn’t quite tell the same story. She was training regularly, religiously even. But the results didn’t reflect the hard work she was putting in.

She thought she needed to do more and she just wouldn’t have time. Maybe it’s time to accept this is it for her?

That’s where we stepped in…

✨ 3 x 45min sessions per week - Efficiency
✨ Dialled in her nutrition to fit family life - Strategy
✨ Gave her flexibility to suit life as a mum - Consistency

Just 12 weeks of consistency later and this is the result! 👏🏼

The conversations that change lives…

For most people who go it alone or work with sub-par coaches, this is where their journey ends.

They give up and they sink back into second place.

That’s why you’re stuck.

A skilled coach will drag you through situations that feel impassable.

Meanwhile, everyone else is still shouting “I know what to do, I just need to do it” from the roof tops…

Whilst they remain stuck, waiting for something to change.

You can wait, or you can act.

Let me say it louder…

Here’s what needs to change, for you to get the results you’ve been hoping for, but not achieving:

• Guess work with your nutrition
• Unstructured workouts
• Group exercise such as LBT & Bodypump
• Being accountable to no one
• 6 week shreds

And if you’re still using these strategies to achieve the body you want, you’ve just isolated the problem.

You’re capable of so much.

Meet Susie ✨

In her 40’s, Susie had a list of excuses longer than anyone. She is a mother, an NHS shift worker, working through a divorce and is currently moving house.

Add to that, when Susie and I first spoke she told me she had tried everything. She didn’t think it was possible to achieve more than she had already. Lost and ready to just accept it.

But Susie made a commitment to me.

She committed to using her excuses as her motivation to succeed. As a coach, that’s the exact attitude I can work with.

So we set to work.

Instead of complaining about her situation, we figured out a way to make it work for her, rather than against her.

• Structure
• Routine
• Strategy
• Direction
• Clarity

It wasn’t about being in a calorie deficit and eating some extra protein as most people think.

It was about precision, specificity and support through the hardest moments.

That’s what got Susie into the shape of her life, in her 40’s. 8kg down, thriving.
