Meet Amelia ✨
Amelia has just reached the end of phase 1 (fat loss) of her journey with me.
Amelia came to me with two very clear goals.
“I want to FINALLY get into the shape of my life. Lean, toned, muscular, strong.
But, I want to do it the right way.
I want to understand how to fuel my body, how to grow muscle and how to perform at my very best. Not repeat the cycle of starving myself over and over again.”
So we got to work.
The problem was, Amelia had been training and dieting FOREVER. But wasn’t really any further ahead.
She fell into the trap that most of you do.
Dieting constantly, but no real long term plan.
She was in a deficit, eating some protein and going to the gym. But that’s it.
We needed to establish a long term strategy for Amelia.
A fat loss phase, followed by a structured reverse diet, a build phase and a transformation phase to finish.
Well here we are, the end of phase 1.
She’s 5.5kg down, she’s stronger and muscle is on the up.
Now we reverse and build.
The strategy is clear.
No confusion.
Simple and effective.
This is where most people fail.
They don’t have a plan beyond a calorie deficit and a bit of extra protein.
That’s why they spin their wheels, just like Amelia did for years.
