Your Wellbeing Matters Now - Contact us Today ❤️

If you’ve been thinking about reaching out for counselling but keep putting it off, this is your sign to take that step today. ✨

We often tell ourselves “I’ll do it later” or “I should be able to handle this on my own” – but waiting doesn’t always make things easier. In fact, it can sometimes make things harder. Struggles with mental health, grief, anxiety, or low self-esteem don’t just disappear when ignored. They deserve care, attention, and support – and so do you. 💛

Counselling offers a comfortable space to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. It’s a step towards understanding yourself, building resilience, and finding ways to move forward. If you’re on the fence about reaching out, ask yourself: What do I gain by waiting? Chances are, the answer isn’t much. But by starting now, you open the door to healing and change. 🚪✨

"My experience has been genuinely amazing! My counsellor has been nothing but lovely, non judgemental, and I have always felt heard. The sessions have made a massive impact, much bigger than I could have anticipated."

👉 If you want to take that first step, then simply visit our website (https://yorksj.solvefit.co.uk/csr/) and fill out the form. Our team will be in touch to support you on your own journey of growth and healing - you don't have to do this alone.

Coaching for Wellbeing — Support for Life as It Happens 🌱

Life doesn’t pause when things feel overwhelming — big changes, new challenges, and unexpected moments can all arrive at once. Our Coaching for Wellbeing service offers a supportive, reflective space to help you make sense of what’s going on, reconnect with yourself, and move forward feeling more grounded, motivated, and confident.

Coaching isn’t about being told what to do. It’s about creating space to untangle your thoughts, understand what truly matters to you, and develop practical ways to navigate life — especially during times of change.

Here’s what one person shared about their experience:

“Coaching has supported me in numerous ways, I have had a lot of ‘life’ events happen over the course of my coaching sessions, buying a house and then moving into the house and redecorating, undertaking a huge physical and mental challenge to raise money, understand even more about who I am and what I want in life to feel fulfilled, challenged and motivated.
Coaching has helped me get all my thoughts and feelings out and put them into manageable sections and allowed me to deal with huge events happening that would usually overwhelm me.

I now need to remember how I did this and how I can I use these tactics for whenever I feel overwhelmed or alone.”

✨ Coaching can help you:
- Break overwhelming thoughts into manageable steps
- Navigate life changes with more clarity and confidence
- Reconnect with your values, strengths, and motivations
- Build tools you can return to when things feel hard

If you’re feeling stretched, stuck, or simply ready to focus on your wellbeing, Coaching for Wellbeing could be the right next step for you.

You don’t have to figure everything out on your own 💛
