She’s home!! 🎉💛
Our wonderful Home Manager Yvonne returned today with our lovely Ebornanna, and waiting for him was the sweetest surprise — a new friend,ebonnienana! 🧸💕

Today has been a day full of pride, emotion, and celebration. We are incredibly proud of Karma and Yeshi for achieving their Master of Science in Leadership and Management, Kelzang and Pema for completing their Master in Human Resource Management, and Rinchen for earning their Master’s in Business Management! 🎓✨
What an amazing achievement — we couldn’t be prouder! 🌟

But today also brings sadness, as we say goodbye to Roxy and Alisha. 💐❤️
They are moving on to new adventures, and while we will miss them dearly, we are so grateful for all their hard work, dedication, and the love they’ve shown our residents. They will always be a part of the Ebor family. 💛🤗

Our residents also had a fun-filled day — making snow they could play with indoors ❄️😄, enjoying exercises with Kate from G-Fitness 💪💙, and welcoming a visit from Annie and Willow 🐾🌸.
A beautiful mix of achievement, creativity, joy, and heartfelt moments. 💖

This morning Pat and Linda have been very busy organising the birthday boxes and activity boxes to make room for all our upcoming Christmas activities! 🎄🎁✨

This afternoon we’ve enjoyed some lively ball games ⚽🎯, done some lovely colouring in 🎨🖍️, and had a wonderful visit from the Melody Makers — thank you Trevor and Linda for brightening our day with music! 🎶😊

🌞✨ Ebornanna is really enjoying his holiday with Yvonne and Ian!

There’s been serious bean-bag lazing with his new Nanna pals Tom and Alfie 😎🛋️ — professional loungers, the lot of them.

He even discovered Yvonne and Ian’s mantras he’s enlightened… and he’s very relaxed 😌🧘‍♂️).

Now he’s soaking up the very last bit of sunshine before heading home — and spending his final morning having a little dance party like no one’s watching 💃🕺✨

Safe to say… he’s living his best holiday life.

✨ Another lovely day at Ebor Court! ✨
From tricky crossword puzzles to a fun visit with Kim and Dave, our afternoon was full of smiles. 📚😊

We also spent time packing shoeboxes—a special tradition that’s part of Shirley’s Christmas wish. 🎁❤️

Thank you to everyone who donated these are now on there way to help children across the world.

And of course… we couldn’t forget to celebrate Shirley’s birthday! 🎂🎉🎈

Today, Telmo took some precious one-to-one time with our lovely Rita 💕 A gentle walk and tour of the gardens, wrapped up cosy in a blanket 🧣, enjoying the fresh air and peaceful surroundings 🍃

It’s those moments of connection, care, and conversation that mean the most ❤️

🌴🍌 Ebornanna the Banana’s on Tour! 🍌🌴

He’s peelin’ fantastic and living his a-peel-ing best life! 😎💛

Today’s adventure? 💦 Aqua aerobics! He was slipping, sliding, and splashing like a true top banana! 🏊‍♂️🍌

Then came a round of hide and seek… 👀 Spot the banana! Where could Ebornanna be hiding? (Hint: he’s great at trying to blend in 😂🍌)

After all that fun, it’s time for a big bedtime peelin’! 🛏️💤 He’s got a huge bed all to himself — talk about going bananas in luxury! ✨

He’s truly ripe for adventure and bunches of fun on his travels! 🌎✈️

✨ What an incredible Tea Dance at Ebor Court today! ✨

Maureen made a wish for Elvis and she certainly got it she said she closed her eyes and she could hear the king reborn in Finn!! That’s another wish granted!!

We had the most amazing afternoon with the fantastic singer Finn 🎤💫 His voice was absolutely stunning, and our residents loved every moment! ❤️

As you can see from the video, so many people were up on their feet dancing 💃🕺 — the smiles said it all! We truly hope you enjoy watching the video as much as we enjoyed listening to his beautiful singing. 🎶😊

What a day we’ve had at Ebor Court! 🎄😄
We headed off to Dobbies Garden Centre this morning to admire the Christmas décor — Ann spotted a pair of Rudolf antlers and absolutely owned them! 🦌😂
We even spent a good five minutes chatting to the fish… they were very good listeners. 🐠👀

After cake and coffee (because it’s the law on days out! ☕🍰), we headed back home for fish and chips — not the ones from the garden centre, don’t worry! 😂🐟🍟

This afternoon we rounded things off with a fabulous tea dance. Video coming soon… get ready for some moves! 💃🕺✨

🎶 The hills are alive with the sound of music… and possibly a bit of sherry! 🍷😄

Walmgate Community is buzzing tonight — our residents are fully snuggled in for an evening of The Sound of Music, armed with cheese, crackers, and enough enthusiasm to rival the Von Trapps. 🧀🎬

✨ Meet Annie and Willow at Ebor Court! ✨

They’re currently working toward their Prince’s Trust Award, and will be volunteering here at Ebor Court for the next few months. Our residents absolutely love it when these two come by! 💖

Tonight they spent time helping residents with a lovely Downton Abbey jigsaw, singing along to musicals, Ann had a fantastic time chatting and piecing it together 🧩😊
