Some days really are magic ✨

So much for my retirement, 3 classes back to back in the studio this morning... So what an absolute delight to have these two beauties in front of me, literally right there on the front row in the first class

AND I managed to deliver a slow flow which for me can be a challenge IYKYK 🤣

Such fantastic energy and wonderful yogis in the studio, long established Yogabombers, visiting newbies, and my super specials 💗

Followed by a weekly private session with the super positive force of awesomeness that is Ruth G, always a highlight of my week. Then topped off with a fast lunchtime flow with two wonderful souls, one a long established super bendy beauty, and the other a new yogabomber finding her space in our community by trying out a new client intro special and both absolutely smashing every challenge put their way!

Mornings like these are why I created Yogabomb.. pure magic ✨
And I am eternally grateful 🙏

We had a pretty busy year by the looks of it!
1. Started the year with an 80’s theme

3. Backbends a plenty - this is Meg one of our current teachers who started with us as a student
4. Reiki Infused Yoga workshop with the wonderful when she visited from the states

Jules is with us on Friday January 30th starting at 7pm. All you need to do is come along in your comfies, lie down, snuggle in and allow the waves of sound to wash over you, releasing any stagnant energy and blockages through your energetic body.

You might fall asleep, and that’s ok 👌🏻

Friday 5.30pm Freestyle Flow

There is so much more on offer at Yogabomb and Hedley House than you might think…

Did you know that Hedley House offers a wide range of en-suite rooms, ranging from rooms for 1 person up to rooms that fit a family of 5. We serve breakfast daily, and are open to non residents, plus coffee is always available in the hotel lounge too!

We have a 10 person outdoor whirlpool bath, a fully equipped gym, a hot yoga studio where the magic happens, an outdoor seating and BBQ area, a fire pit, a massage therapy room…. AND we are in the process of adding a sauna and cold plunge area, plus expanding the gym to offer small group sessions

We are changing the yoga cafe into a more workable area and will have a new space for you to leave your belongings whilst at class. Plus a new massage/energy therapy and coaching room which will be available for private hire too!

Please get in touch if any of this is of interest to you, we will keep you updated on progress and when we are ready to launch our new areas!

We are making HOT YANG a weekly class for 2026

So what is it?
Hot Yang is a sequence of 26 postures and Pranayama breathing.
Temperature 38-40 degrees, humidity 55%...it's a steamy one!

Suitable for both beginners and advanced students, Hot Yang is designed to relieve stress, balance and strength and will work parts of the body that you didn't know existed!
Yogis practice facing the mirror and can be a deeply meditative practice
