Ashout out to my client Jackie who is absolutely committed to her weightloss journey. Having an operation and not being allowed products for a period only gave her the motivation to manage her calories and use what she was allowed - bring on step ups for every tea and graze plates including pop squares at lunch.

Well it worked and yesterday she returned having not weighed since the 17th October and she has lost 6lb.

I'm absolutely thrilled, and so proud of how determined Jackie is not to let moments be her undoing - we can all learn lessons from her.
