Choosing a Therapist can be daunting because, essentially, you're looking for a particular (qualified) personality. You hope to find someone you can connect with, trust, and show your vulnerability to – but most of all, you want a therapist who'll make it as easy as possible for you, whilst still being effective. Therapy can be hard at times so it's important not to make it harder by working with

the wrong person for you. I welcome people to come and decide for themselves if we can work together, I know I found it very difficult to find a therapist and want to name that so you can feel comfortable to have a session without feeling obligated to continue if it doesn’t feel right. I also work with my husband at Wild Earth Creative Education. IFS is one of the fastest growing psychotherapeutic models in the field today.I have enjoyed assisting the American founders and lead trainers in IFS trainings in the UK and Internationally.
