After a minute of Cryo treatment look at the temperature difference. So much more effective than ice/ hosing etc. The thermal image shows the colour difference very clearly too

"8 days into my fractured ankle recovery I was struggling with the pain and large amount of inflammation, and swelling. So much so that I felt the healing of my injury and recovery was impeded. REFUEL & RECOVERY 😁😁 A quick stop off on the way home for this lad. He stood on the lorry for a quick Cryo treatment. The device is completely self sufficient to allow this. I can travel to you or you to me. As well as being at events post competitions.

I plan on being at all Yorkshire Area point to points. Available for pre & post race treatments. Poor movers with stiff joints will benefit pre race. Any heat or swelling after racing can be treated. Or simply to aid recovery.
