YOGA FOUNDATION COURSE
January - June 2026

Now in its third year, this six month course is for those who want to deepen their practice and study of yoga without going through a full teacher training.

The course will help you dive deeper into the history of yoga (from roots to present day), its philosophy as well as exploring the experiential practices of asana (postures), mindfulness, meditation and pranayama (breath work) in more detail.

The commitment is one Sunday a month with a little reading in between. For that, you’ll get the chance to learn more about this incredible tradition, more about yourself and enjoy the company of like minded others along the way.

That’s a wrap in this year’s August Intensive ~ 5 days of consecutive early morning practice

Five mornings of peace, quiet, sunrise, postures, mindfulness and breath work. Five hours of strengthening and also relaxing the body and the mind and finding enjoyment through movement, connection and understanding.

We took a journey through the body from feet to crown drawing inspiration from the chakras and their associated qualities.

Only one thing on the agenda for day 6? A lie-in.

I’m on holiday now until the studio reopens on Saturday 30th August. My first class back is Tuesday 2nd September.
