Mothers come in all shapes and sizes.

I’m blessed to still have my wonderful mother and best friend in my life, and I’m forever grateful of her raising me to be the tenacious pain in the arse I am. (I think I get the sarcasm from my dad 😅)

I don’t have biological children- but I have do have kids who I have raised and I wouldn’t be without them for the world.

It is the return of the Mack back to his prime! I absolutely love seeing this man and seeing how well he has progressed physically and spiritually from when he first walked into the office to where he is now, which is thriving! Dai really does know the importance of making sure his system is functioning well without interference especially in a very busy lifestyle. I’m genuinely so grateful for being on this Journey with Dai and I’m super proud of him! Well done Dai 👏

It was another very intensive weekend just gone for the Spinology students! They all did absolutely amazing taking on all the information and also putting what they learn into practice. They are a big group with big personalities so it’s brilliant to see how well they all are working together to help each other out through the course! Well done all of you 👏🏻😁 I’m genuinely looking forward to the next lot of classes in a couple of months 😁
