I went to Physiotherapy today- and it was actually incredible.

It’s so refreshing that the world (or at least cwm taff health board and nhs wales) are starting to educate people effectively about pain and how to manage it.

Your brain and nervous system when working effectively with no interference is more likely to be able to control pain.

Positive mental attitude is everything ❤️

A massive congratulations to this amazing human on his graduation yesterday! Today being 12 months on from a very scary time for Mike he is walking away a graduate and also making sure he is in for his regular check to make sure his system is functioning efficiently without interference! Mike is going to be making waves in the world of health! A massive well done Mike! Proud of you 👏🏻

This is what I love seeing 😁 mother and daughter and who know when their systems aren’t functioning as efficiently as they should be, getting themselves in to get themselves checked as soon as they could! They truly understand the importance of keeping themselves maintained 👏🏻
