Spirit & Soul has a wide range of Spiritual and ethnic gifts including crystals, candles, incense, journals plus much more...We also offer a tea room with a selection hot and cold drinks, cakes and pastries to be enjoyed in a welcoming, calm, relaxing space.

‼️We have a few NEW EXCITING things happening from this week at Spirit & Soul‼️

👩‍🎨 Children’s Craft session every Thursday 12-1.30pm £3 per child includes squash & biscuits. Led by Haley herself who has many years experience of working with children from birth to 19 within education, summer schemes and holiday resort nannying.

Do you have a youngster interested in crystals, intentions, manifestions, spells, the moon and a love of nature then our Witchlings groups will be perfect for them. Lead by an experienced witch with the appropriate DBS they will be led through the basics of witchcraft appropriate to the age group. The sessions will be fun and interactive with something crafty involved for the discussed topic each week.
🧙Witchlings ages 6-14
Both groups £3per child includes squash & biscuits

🧶 Do you knit, crochet or embroider?? 🧶
Why not pop along to our Sip & Stitch session and enjoy a cuppa & a natter whilst doing something you enjoy!
Every Friday between 11-1pm, £4pp includes hot/cold drink & biscuits. Cant make the full two hours, then pop in anytime between 11am & 1pm and leave when your ready, come along share your skills and meet new people-everyone welcome 💜

* Surrender to the harmonious sounds of rain sticks, rattles, and Tibetan bowls as the water within you is filled with love,peace and harmony 🙏
