Evening all, hope you’ve all had a good first day of the week 💜
After my video last Monday I had planned to do a video every week but unfortunately my body is having a flare up and I feel absolutely rubbish!
This isn’t a post for sympathy rather a post to other chronic illness suffers to say ‘rest if you must but do not quit’. It’s ok to rest, to re-charge so lay the guilt to one side and do what your body needs.

Happy St Dywnwen day ❤️

Dywnwen was the daughter of King Brychan.
In love with Maelon, a man she could not marry, she prayed and an angel gave her a drink to remove her love for him but also turned him to ice.
Dwynwen didn't want this and asked for Maelon to be restored to full health, for Dwynwen to never marry anyone else and that she be allowed to go and live as a nun. This was granted.
She is considered the patron Saint of true love.
Ecclesiastes 3 sums her up ... "love is patient, love is kind ... "
