ents through life transitions such as leaving home, navigating university, becoming a parent, career changes, menopause, loss, and bereavement. I also work with challenges around identity, spirituality, neurodivergence, family dynamics and relationships. With over 25 years of experience in mind and body therapies, I take a holistic approach to well-being, helping people manage anxiety, depression, and life's ups and downs. My work is all about personal growth - one step at a time so you can feel more in control, balanced and fulfilled, and like the best version of yourself. I offer online, telephone, in-person, and outdoor walk-and-talk therapy in South Wales, providing support in a way that works for you.
