Wise words from our brand ambassador and ex Wales international rugby player Tom James:

“September is . Reach out to family, friends, work colleagues, neighbours & team mates. A chat could make a difference 💙. Don’t let things build up, even if it’s something little. Get it off your chest . Freephone support lines below ⬇️. The more we post, share & campaign about Mental health, we will see others people’s stories & you will see you’re not alone. The best thing I did was seek help & talk about my problems. It’s not weak, it’s strong. I am eternally grateful for the support I had from Cardiff Blues, Dale (Dr), Gareth (Dr), team mates, rugby family & family/friends. I can’t thank them enough.”
