The past couple of days I’ve been very ill (most probably Covid) and it forced me to slow down drastically. At first, I felt guilty for not being productive or “doing enough,” but I had to remind myself that rest is part of the process too. ✨

Your body will always tell you what it needs - you just have to listen. Prioritising rest isn’t falling behind, it’s protecting your energy so you can move forward stronger.
