From Friday 2nd May, class will start at the new time of 1.30pm due to pool timetable changes. Participants will be able to access the pool from 1.15pm

We're back! Class today - 12.30pm start, pool access from 12.15pm to warm up, have a chat etc. Use of the sauna and swim afterwards should you wish. All welcome, we look forward to seeing you 💧🕉

Our classes commence at 12.30pm, but attendees can access the pool from 12.15pm This gives you time to warm up, have a swim and chat with other members - what better time for a natter (and probably a few laughs), new members can speak to others about what to expect from the class, everyone is friendly and welcoming so don't be shy! Time to yourself, start to relax and unwind before enjoying what our lovely classes have to offer ☺

Pool closes at 12 noon to swimmers.

All classes going forward will start at the sightly earlier time of 12.15pm
So we now get a whole wonderful hour to enjoy our class. With the option to stay and swim/ use the sauna afterwards.
