Another beautiful Qi Class Saturday 🤍

Wildlife of robin , birds of prey & a white butterfly 🦋 circled our qi energy & the sun ☀️ was warming & uplifting 🌷

I use this Balm everyday for everything alongside Castor Oil by Castor Ways the best 👌🏽

I’m working more with my skin to support a scar that’s still healing which is why I’ve also introduced Tropic Skincare for some serious layering & hydration as well as that Full Facial Treatment Experience 🧖🏻‍♀️

After two beautiful Outdoor Qigong Classes to welcome in the Spring Equinox for the month of March , both classes will continue until
the Winter Solstice 2026 🌿

Every 3rd Saturday of the month will be at Craig Y Nos Country Park Adelina Patti’s summer house (Pavilion) 🏛️

Every last Saturday of the month will be at Glantawe Riverside Park for Forest Qigong in the Woods🌲

Both classes are outdoors , Craig y nos we have shelter from the pavilion . The forest we have the trees should it rain ! Qigong in the rain can actually be very cleansing & therapeutic 🌧️ 🌲

I will post each class a week ahead as a gentle reminder. Please share this wonderful energising class ☯️

Children 12 & under & dogs qigong for 🆓 🤍 Both areas are secluded and safe for both xx
