Not had an invite for your flu vaccine?
- Are you over 65 years old or
- Under 65 years in one of the clinical risk groups
Then pop in to ystradgynlais rugby club Monday 20th October between 1pm - 4pm. NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED.

Coughs and colds are common at this time of year. There's usually no need to see a GP if you have a cough, it will usually clear up on its own within 3 to 4 weeks.

However, see a GP if:
➡️ you have had a cough for more than 3 weeks (persistent cough)
➡️ you're losing weight for no reason
➡️ you have a weakened immune system – for example, because of chemotherapy or diabetes
