We have been a little quiet on here this month, taking some quiet time & a little break from social media & Sound baths to re-gather energy ⚡

And to set some new intentions and re-imagine how things will look moving forward into 2026...even if things are at a standstill at the moment!! 🙏

❤We are still taking bookings for all our treatments! ❤

We will be sharing dates for the next sound baths shortly, so keep an eye out & don't hesitate to message directly if you want a one to one sound or reiki treatment in the meantime 🙏

This is a perfect time for inner growth and reflection, as the winter period is naturally a time for withdrawal...💙

Happy Winter Solstice 🌙we had a beautiful sound bath and Cacao ceremony yesterday, to honour the longest night & the new moon...

This New Moon arrives in Sagittarius — the seeker, the truth-teller, the visionary.
Sagittarius reminds us to lift our gaze beyond limitation and reconnect with meaning, purpose, and possibility.

And combined with the Solstice energy, this is not a time of pushing forward, but of resting in the dark — trusting that the light is quietly returning.
Just as seeds lie dormant beneath the soil, something within is preparing to be reborn.

Amongst the hectic Christmas period, try to allow yourself to do less, to listen more & to honour the wisdom of slowing down through this seasonal change.
