Show yourself some L❤VE & treat yourself to. Some pampering!!! 💕✌

It occurred to me recently that im always telling clients how important self care & wellbeing is, but am I practicing what I preach?...

Well, no, I'm not, as some how my son Reuben has turned 9 months today & I realised I haven't even had a treatment myself yet!...

After giving one of my beautiful mama clients a full pamper package of reflex, facial & back massage today, I decided it's time to treat myself to a massage too...

& have a nice soothing lay down on my hot stones in my therapy room! BLISS! 😍 Sometimes we need permission or a reminder, to take care of ourselves & if we don't listen, our body usually reminds us in some way...
