Hello there. I’m Rhysian Pengilley. I offer mobile reflexology services/at home treatments in the area of Ystradgynlais and surrounding communities of the upper Neath and Swansea Valleys, South Wales.

Reflexology is a gentle, caring, feel good therapy, which works on your feet or hands to help bring your body into balance and encourage natural healing. Reflexology is a wonderful way to support your health and to take care of yourself, naturally. Regular reflexology sessions can help you relax, sleep better, ease stress, increase energy and improve overall well being.

My interest in natural healing and complementary therapies has been a lifelong passion. After many years as a community worker and project manager, I decided to change direction, and retrain. It was the best decision ever. I love being a Reflexologist, helping others and continually developing my skills and knowledge around this marvellous therapy. I am constantly in awe of the impact reflexology can have on health and well being and am honoured to be part of this profession. Other complementary therapy interests and skills training include Bach Flower Remedies and Reiki. I previously worked as a guidance worker; my training included person centred counselling.
