Spice Island Medical Center Dr. James is a Registered Medical Practitioner with the Grenada Medical and Dental Association. George's University.

MISSION
Our mission is to promote the health and well-being of the local population by providing affordable, accessible, high-quality medical care for people of all ages. She has 12 years of experience working with the Department of Internal Medicine at the General Hospital. Over the years she has been involved in numerous outreach programs in St. George’s and the outer parishes actively promoting the prevention of chronic diseases including hypertension, high cholesterol, obesity, diabetes and asthma just to mention a few. She is currently a Clinical preceptor and Part-time tutor within the Department of Clinical skills, St. Dr. James has also had extensive training in HIV, STI & TB diagnosis and management and has worked closely with the National Infectious Disease Control Unit over the past 8 years.

We are proud to introduce Women’s Health & Cytology Laboratory, Grenada’s first and only dedicated facility offering Liquid-Based Cytology (LBC) for cervical screening. Our mission is to empower women through access to more reliable, sensitive, and accurate Pap tests. By using modern screening techniques, we are helping to reduce the burden of cervical cancer in Grenada. Join us in this important journey toward better women’s health.
