My Lady, You Don't Have Body Odor, You Just Don't Wipe After You Urinate...
This truth might sting, but it’s better to feel the sting of knowledge than the weight of shame later in life.
So, permit me to say this, most of you don’t smell because of witchcraft, spiritual attack, or because your village people are following you.
You smell because after you urinate, you stand up and dress up, without wiping.
And that’s the beginning of the problem.
When you don’t wipe after p*eing, the leftover drops of urine settle into your panties. After hours of walking around in them, sweating, sitting, standing, the warmth causes that residue to ferment and smell.
It mixes with discharge, friction, sweat, and poor ventilation and boom! You start perceiving a scent that makes people around you uncomfortable, and eventually, you too.
🛑 What Every Lady and Young Girl Must Learn:
1. Always wipe gently and properly after you p*e.
Use tissue. Use unscented wipes. Use water if you're in a culture that permits it. But whatever you do, don’t stand up wet.
2. Carry tissue or wipes in your bag.
Not every public restroom will favor you. Be wise. Be ready. Don’t say “they didn’t have tissue,” and excuse yourself for smelling uncomfortable all day. Be intentional.
3. Change panties regularly.
If you're wearing the same pants for over 24 hours, you’re not clean, you’re simply used to the smell. And that’s not hygiene.
4. Learn front-to-back wiping.
Always clean from your va**na to your a**s, not the other way around. It prevents bacteria from getting into your private area.
5. Avoid synthetic panties.
Go for cotton panties. They breathe. They absorb better. They respect your body.
6. Watch your discharge.
If your va**nal discharge smells fishy or sour even when you clean well, it might be a medical issue. Go see a doctor.
Too many girls were raised in homes where these things were never talked about. Too many women are walking around uncomfortable in their own bodies because no one ever taught them what proper hygiene looks like and that’s why we are speaking now.
Cleanliness is not being fancy. It’s not about expensive soaps and creams. It’s about awareness, daily practice, and intentionality.
If your pants smells after a few hours, check yourself.
If people avoid hugging you too close or complain about your smell, stop blaming your soap and start learning how to care for your body better.
Ladies, let’s stop masking smells with perfume.
Teach this to your younger sister.
Tell your daughter early.
Fix yourself first, then show another woman the way.
