World Mental Health Day Reminder for US! TAG your therapist!
Today, I celebrate every massage therapist and wellness practitioner whose hands bring not only relief but restoration to both body and mind. The work we do goes beyond muscle and motion; it’s about creating space for calm, safety, healing, and recovery.
As we pour into others, let’s also pause to pour into ourselves. Fill our cups so others can get the overflow.
Take a breath.
Take breaks.
Refill your cup.
Go to the beach.
Get some sunlight.
Get a massage.
Hydrate.
Remember, your peace matters too do what you need to do to protect it!
